Boat Safari on the Rufiji River
The river is full of crocodiles and hippos
In the late afternoon you will board the boat to go up the Rufiji River. This excursion is a completely new experience and a great addition to your exploration of this area. Our captain will take you on an approximately 1.5 hour boat ride down the river.
Soon you will spot many different species of birds and curious animals coming to drink from the river. But the river is also full of crocodiles and hippos, so feast your eyes. Meanwhile, the sun sinks further and further down, turning the surroundings golden and the hippos go ashore for a fresh meal. A fantastic sight with breathtaking scenery. A better end to your day, hardly exists.
