Horseback riding along the Pearl Beaches of Nungwi and Kendwa

This unforgettable ride starts at our stables and takes you south along the world-famous beaches of Nungwi and Kendwa. At an alternating pace of walk, trot and canter, you will explore the enchanting coastal landscape, with the murmur of the ocean in the background and the white sand under your horse’s hooves.

We make a photo stop at the picturesque bay of Kilindi – a perfect place to capture this special adventure – before heading inland towards the vast farmlands of Kilindi and the authentic village of Kidoti. Along the way, we traverse dense jungle forests and small, remote communities rarely visited by tourists.

Upon arrival at Kidoti Villas & Ranch, you can catch your breath with a refreshing drink and snack, and there will be time to visit our paddocks and other horses. After a rest for about 30 minutes, we’ll get back in the saddle for the return ride.

We conclude the tour spectacularly with a 7-kilometer gallop across the soft sands of Kendwa and Nungwi beaches – a moment you won’t soon forget.
