Materuni Waterfall

Visit this breathtaking waterfall

Materuni Village is located 15 km north of Moshi and is the last village before Mt. Kilimanjaro, about 95 km from Africa Safari Arusha. Before you reach the village, you drive slowly past banana plantations and local rural villages. The people are very warm and hospitable and invite you into their local Materuni home. Our guide will take you for a walk around the village. After a short briefing, he will accompany you on a 40-minute hike to the waterfalls. This magical green area with tropical trees leads you to the impressive 80-meter high waterfall. Here you can relax and swim for a while, so bring your swimwear.
