About the role
Paradise & Wilderness is a specialised travel agency with its own lodges, camps, vehicles, and guides in Tanzania and Zanzibar. Thanks to our local presence, we organise complete trips without intermediaries. This makes our journeys personal, flexible, and reliable.
For our office in Breda, we are looking for a Marketing Manager. In this role, you contribute directly to the growth of the organisation, the quality of our service, and the overall guest experience.
You will be part of a small and committed team, where collaboration and initiative play an important role.

What will you do?
- Contribute to the visibility and growth of Paradise & Wilderness
- Support and execute marketing activities and campaigns
- Work on brand positioning and communication across different channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with sales and operations
- Help strengthen the overall customer journey and experience
What do you bring?
- Experience in a marketing role
- HubSpot Marketing experience
- Strong communication skills
- A structured and proactive way of working
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Affinity with travel, hospitality or experience-based services is a plus
- Fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage)
