Africa Safari Serengeti Ndutu enjoys a prime location north of Lake Ndutu, overlooking one of the Serengeti’s most wildlife-rich regions. Known for its high concentration of game and remarkable predator activity, Ndutu becomes a major focal point of the Great Migration from late December to March, when thousands of wildebeest arrive on the southern plains to calve. This seasonal abundance attracts large numbers of predators, including lion, cheetah, leopard, and hyena, creating some of the Serengeti’s most dramatic wildlife encounters.

The surrounding wetlands, marshes, and natural springs retain water long after the rains, sustaining wildlife throughout the year and supporting the fresh grazing that draws migratory herds back season after season. The green season transforms the landscape into a lush expanse, with excellent opportunities for predator sightings along the open plains and muddy edges near the lake.

The lodge features comfortable ensuite tents designed to blend safari comfort with the natural surroundings. Comfort Tents offer a king-size bed, while Family Tents include a king-size bed and two bunk beds, ideal for families travelling together. Each tent includes a private patio with sweeping views across the plains towards Lake Ndutu, as well as a comfortable sitting area. Guests can unwind in the central restaurant and bar tent, a welcoming social space after a day on safari.

Africa Safari Serengeti Ndutu features tents spread across two wings, with a dining tent and a bar and lounge tent in the center. The safari tents are fully furnished with locally made furniture and feature private bathrooms. There are also 5 safari tents with shared toilet and shower facilities. Experienced rangers guard the property 24/7. Throughout the year, there is an abundance of wildlife in the area, making it perfect for game drives and ensuring this property completes your safari experience.

Safari Comfort Accommodation (max. 2 people)

In the safari Comfort Accommodation you will experience the camping feeling in nature, but with all the desired amenities. This spacious tent has a king-size bed, with an option for an additional single bed. The tent is fully furnished with locally made furniture and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The room has a lovely double bed with mosquito net and a veranda with comfortable chairs.

Safari Family Accommodation (max. 6 people)

Looking for a comfortable safari experience for the whole family? Then choose the Safari Family Accommodation. This spacious room accommodates up to 6 guests, with one king-size bed and two bunk beds. The accommodation features an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a European toilet and a sink. The furnished terrace is the ideal place to gather and enjoy the beautiful views of the African plains.

After a long but special day in the safari jeep, you would like to process your experiences with a delicious cold drink. This is possible as soon as you arrive at the bar, which is decorated entirely in African style. It is a tent, but inside it is a cozy bar, where you can share your travel stories with other guests. WiFi is free, so share your new experiences with the home front.

Breakfast and dinner are served in the restaurant tent. The chef prepares delicious dishes daily using fresh produce. Sample African cuisine or enjoy one of the worldly dishes.
